After many recommendations from the people around me to come try this place out, I finally got a chance to to eat here with my family. One of my friends told me that they actually come here during happy hour, sit at the bar and keep ordering the coconut shrimp. So I already knew what I was going to start with. WOW! This is one of the best coconut shrimps that I have tried! The texture, the sauce. I remember seeing a chef on TV the other say that it’s hard to make a shrimp or lobster dish taste bad because they taste so good as they are, but this is really something else! MUST TRY the coconut shrimp!

Although we got here at 11:00 AM right when they open, it’s never to early for ribs right? The ribs were cooked REALLY well. You know you’re baby back ribs are cooked well when they start to fall off the bones. The sauce was a little stronger than what I am normally used to, but good nonetheless. I would definitely order them again next time I go here. The fish tacos were also delicious, and again cooked very well. One thing that shocked us on the menu was the Kimchi Bowl. Of course we had to order this and try it, and yes this was really good too!

I never knew until recently that Tommy Bahama’s even served food. Clothes, candles and other goods yes. However it turns out some, not all, of their locations have restaurants inside. Of course I haven’t been to any of the other restaurant locations yet, but when I do get a chance to I definitely will. The servers and staff here definitely showed me that they are very well trained, courteous, super friendly, and again gave me confidence that if I was to see a Tommy Bahama’s somewhere else, I can walk in and expect excellent food and service.

The locations we visited was not the Laguna Beach one, but the Las Vegas location. If you are familiar with the Las Vegas area, it is inside Town Square. 6635 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89119. They normally close at 10pm and even offer you a $10 discount on your first meal for joining their free rewards program. I always have a hard time deciding where to take my friends to eat when they visit me in Las Vegas, but it looks I will be bringing them here for the time being.

This place is big enough for events, and the bar area is really big and nice too. The restrooms rival some higher end hotel restrooms. But again best of all, my favorites, Price Value and Service all go hand in hand at this restaurant. I will definitely be coming here again soon!
